Manual Lathe Machine Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Manual Lathe Machine Operator with at least 10 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of lathe operations, tooling, materials, and precision machining.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and set up manual lathe machines independently
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Perform turning, facing, threading, boring, knurling, and taper operations
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds
• Measure and inspect components using micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges, etc.
• Maintain tight tolerances and surface finish requirements
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine machine maintenance and safety checks
