Senior Planning Engineer Related Construction / Fa?ade

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer with 15–20 years of proven expertise in construction and fa?ade projects. The candidate must be capable of managing and controlling planning activities across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in line with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules for multiple projects

Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and progress reports

Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders

Analyze delays, risks, and critical path activities

Ensure proper resource planning and cost control

Review subcontractor schedules and integrate into master program

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports

Requirements:

Graduate in Engineering or related field

15–20 years of experience in construction / fa?ade works

Strong experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in:

Primavera P6

Microsoft Project

Excel (Advanced)

AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)

Experience in reporting systems (Aconex or similar platforms preferred)

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
