MEP BIM Modeler (2 Years Experience - Riyadh)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior MEP BIM Modeler with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking to grow their careers in Building Information Modeling within a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using industry-standard software
Assist in the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within projects
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy
Review and update models based on project requirements and site conditions
Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools
Prepare drawings, layouts, and documentation from BIM models

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
Minimum 2 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools
Basic understanding of MEP systems and construction processes
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Must be currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate immediately
