???? Job Summary

A Scaffolding Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and international safety regulations. The role ensures all scaffolding activities are executed efficiently, safely, and according to project requirements.

????️ Key Responsibilities
Supervise all scaffolding activities on-site (erection, alteration, dismantling)
Ensure compliance with Aramco standards and safety procedures
Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings
Inspect scaffolding materials before use
Coordinate with:
Site engineers
Safety officers
Project supervisors
Ensure proper tagging system (Scafftag: Green/Red/Yellow)
Monitor workforce productivity and discipline
Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
Ensure proper use of PPE by all scaffolders
Maintain records of inspections and work progress
???? Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years experience in scaffolding (oil & gas preferred)
Aramco Approved Scaffolding Supervisor (preferred)
Valid third-party certification (e.g., CISRS or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of:
Load calculations
Scaffold design basics
Safety regulations
Ability to read drawings and method statements
Good communication skills (English required)
