We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and well-spoken Sales Coordinator / Business Development Executive with experience in the contracting and equipment rental field. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle client inquiries professionally, and a proactive approach to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the contracting sector.
Coordinate with clients, prepare proposals, and follow up on ongoing projects.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving monthly targets.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients, operations, and management.

Requirements:
Maximum 1-2 years’ experience in sales or business development in the contracting field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
