Travel/Visa Consultant (Female), (Philipino Only)

We are looking for a Female Travel/Visa Consultant who creates tailored travel experiences by researching, planning, and travel packages, accommodation, transportation, and activities for leisure or corporate clients. They provide personalized advice on destinations, manage itineraries, and handle travel documentation like visas and insurance to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.(Must be In Riyadh KSA)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Consultation: Interviewing clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences to recommend suitable destinations and travel packages.

Booking and Scheduling: Utilizing booking systems to secure flights, hotel reservations, car rentals, and tour packages.

Itinerary Creation: Planning detailed travel itineraries, including transportation, tours, and sightseeing.

Document Management: Ensuring clients have valid passports, visas, insurance, and necessary travel documentation.

Client Support: Handling bookings, changes, cancellations, and addressing any issues or complaints during travel.

Sales and Promotion: Meeting sales targets by promoting special offers, travel products, and maximizing revenue per client.
