HA Technical Support Engineer

Test, troubleshoot and repair All Home Appliances like Air
Conditioning & refrigeration, electrical, electromechanical
components, parts, and other Products like Small Home
Appliances

1- Apply theory and related knowledge to test, repair,
and install Air Conditioning & refrigeration,
electrical, and electromechanical components,
parts, and Products in the service canter and at the
customer’s location.
2- Do the service works on time according to the exact
specifications of the Product by using the product
Service manual.
3- Order needed spare parts from the spare parts
section to repair the products.
4- Document spare parts used on the repair
documents & company system.
5- Test functionality of newly repaired or installed
units to evaluate system performance under actual
operation conditions.
6- After repair get the customer confirmation on
product performance in case of home service.
7- Report to the Service Supervisor or Chief Technician
whenever any interrupting service event occurs.
8- Submit the service money collection from customers
to the service center on the same day or maximum
next day in (home service)
9- Visiting customer’s home to serve them and fix their
products.
10- TAT for indoor job orders (3 working days) &
Outdoor Job card (5 working days).
11- Minimum 7 home visit per day must 4 repaired
units.
12- Minimum 5 units of big appliances or AC to be
repaired

• Diploma in A/C & Refrigeration
• Experience in repairing home appliances.
• Holding a driving license is a plus.

Years of experience are required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar position
