Business Developer Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base mainly telecom services and civil works. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to overall company revenue growth.
About The Role
A key requirement for this role is having established connections with vendors and stakeholders associated with leading telecom operators in Saudi Arabia, with exposure across the full project lifecycle—from design and planning to implementation and final delivery.
The candidate should be capable of leveraging these relationships to identify opportunities, secure projects, and contribute to revenue growth. In addition, having access to networks beyond the telecom sector will be considered a strong advantage, enabling the company to expand into new markets and diversify its portfolio.
This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who can operate independently on a part-time or contract basis, bringing immediate value through industry connections, market insight, and deal-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads
Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to achieve agreed KPIs
Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
Present service offerings and prepare proposals for prospective clients
Negotiate and close deals on a project or contract basis
Provide periodic updates on pipeline, opportunities, and results
Explore new market segments and partnership opportunities
