Position: Pre-Qualification Engineer

We provides a wide range of industrial, technical, and support services across Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, and other key industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare pre-qualification documents for clients and EPCs.
• Handle vendor registration and pre-qualification submissions.
• Work on SAP Ariba portal for registrations and updates.
• Upload and update company documents in client portals.
• Maintain company profile, approvals, and certificates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents.
• Track submission deadlines and document expiry dates.
• Review client requirements and identify missing documents.
• Support tendering and business development teams.
• Follow up with clients on registration and approval status.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other Branches
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
