🔹 Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage inventory records, including raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods
Track inventory movements and conduct regular stock reconciliation
Record and verify sales invoices, purchase orders, and supplier invoices
Maintain accurate purchase and sales ledgers
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for effective inventory control
Calculate production costs and monitor material usage variances
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash book records
Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
