Hiring: Technical & Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical & Engineering Manager with a Civil Engineering background and a minimum of 7 years of experience to lead engineering deliverables and technical coordination across infrastructure, energy, gas, and EPC-related projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in design review, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, technical documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, contractor/client interface, and engineering support during project execution.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* 7+ years of relevant experience.
* Experience in infrastructure, utilities, gas, industrial, or EPC projects.
* Strong technical review and engineering coordination background.
* Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
* SCE membership is preferred.
* PMP is an advantage.
* Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, SWCC, PIF projects, or similar is a plus.
