Barista (Specialty Coffee) .. Bahrain Kuwait UAE Saudi

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our specialty coffee shop team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages (espresso-based & manual brewing)
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and extraction standards
• Handle grinders, espresso machines, and brewing equipment professionally
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience
• Support daily operations and maintain cleanliness and organization

Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in specialty coffee
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and manual brewing methods (V60, etc.)
• Previous experience working with well-known coffee brands
• Prior experience in GCC countries (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait) is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Friendly and welcoming with customers
• Always maintains a positive attitude and a genuine smile
• Energetic, approachable, and team-oriented personality
• Ability to maintain quality standards and work efficiently under pressure
• Candidate must be currently based in a GCC country
