Procurement Manager For Food & Beverages

*Key Responsibilities*
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors
Manage supplier relationships and performance
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
Prepare procurement reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Handle risk management related to supply chain disruptions.

*Required Qualifications*
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP, Oracle Procurement Cloud)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Professional certifications such as CIPS or ISM
Experience in strategic sourcing and contract management
Familiarity with global sourcing and supply chain operations.
