Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support top management in an Operations & Maintenance company. The role involves coordinating administrative functions, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication across departments (Operations, Sales, and Execution Standards), while supporting data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare periodic reports (operational, financial, and performance)
Monitor KPIs and track compliance across departments
Coordinate meetings and manage executive schedules
Prepare professional presentations and reports
Maintain organized records and data management systems
Requirements:
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
Strong reporting and data analysis skills
Ability to monitor compliance and performance metrics
High level of organization and ability to work under pressure
Preferred:
Previous experience in Operations & Maintenance or multi-department environments
