China Railway 18 Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Draftsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-rise building projects and proficiency in modern drafting technologies.

Key Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Civil Draftsman
• Proven experience working on high-rise building projects
• Strong expertise in 2D drafting and 3D modeling
• Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
• Ability to interpret and develop detailed construction drawings
• Good understanding of construction standards and practices

Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings for high-rise projects
• Develop 3D models and BIM documentation
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy
• Revise drawings based on project requirements and feedback
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
