Looking for a PASTRY -CHEF DE PARTIE for a prestigious cafe in Riyadh, KSA.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Generally, requires with 2–3 years of previous pastry or bakery experience at similar role, often in a high-volume hotel, restaurant, or professional kitchen
Education: A culinary diploma, certificate, or apprenticeship in baking and pastry is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in, or strong knowledge of, basic baking techniques (dough, cakes, cream) and food preparation
Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong teamwork skills
