HSE Manager

Middle East Contracting company is hiring an experienced and qualified HSE Manager to join our team for ongoing projects in Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:
*Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
*Ensure compliance with company and client safety standards.
*Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations.
*Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training sessions.
*Prepare HSE reports and maintain all safety documentation.
*Promote and maintain a strong safety culture at project sites.

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant field.
*Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction or industrial projects.
*Mandatory Certification: NEBOSH IGC.
*Good knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia.
*Strong communication and leadership skills.

SABIC project experience will be an advantage.
