Technical Secretary

Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Document & Information Management: Preparing, editing, proofreading technical reports, manuals, grants, and proposals; managing project filing systems (digital & physical).

Project Support: Assisting Project Managers, coordinating with teams/clients, managing document registers, and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.

Communication & Coordination: Handling incoming/outgoing mail, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, and fielding inquiries.

Technical Liaison: Translating technical data into presentable formats, creating graphics/structures, and providing administrative support for research activities.

Administrative Oversight: Ordering supplies, managing office procedures, and sometimes supervising junior staff.

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, specialized technical tools).

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to handle confidential information and work ethically.

Adaptability to digital tools and evolving administrative needs.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in Technical Secretary & Documentation & Administrative Roles.
