About the Role

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce agency managing a diverse portfolio of drop shipping stores. We need a highly organized, proactive Drop Shipping Portfolio Assistant to streamline operations, optimize performance, and support day-to-day management across multiple brands. You’ll be the operational backbone of our portfolio, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, supplier coordination, and data-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Operations: Oversee product listings, inventory sync, order processing, and store maintenance across 5+ drop shipping stores.

• Source & Vet Products/Suppliers: Research winning products, negotiate with suppliers, and manage supplier relationships.

• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and escalations using templated responses.

• Marketing Support: Assist with ad setup, performance tracking, and basic campaign optimizations.

• Reporting & Analysis: Compile daily/weekly reports on sales, traffic, profitability, and ROAS; identify trends and growth opportunities.

• Optimize Efficiency: Implement tools/processes to scale portfolio operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  • 1–2+ years in drop shipping, e-commerce operations, or multi-store management.

  • Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, AliExpress, Oberlo/DSers, and ad tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).

• Skills:

  • Analytical: Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic data analysis.

  • Organizational: Juggles multiple stores/tasks without dropping balls.

  • Communication: Clear, professional communication (suppliers + customers).

  • Problem-Solver: Fixes issues before they escalate.

• Mindset: Self-starter, thrives in fast-paced environments, obsessed with details.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier).

• Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).

• Understanding of SEO/product listing optimization.
