Office Assistant Urgent Requirement

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to ensure seamless daily operations. You’ll manage administrative tasks, support team efficiency, and maintain a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Mail & Correspondence: Sort, distribute, and send incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies; maintain stock records.
File Maintenance: Organize physical/digital files; ensure document accuracy and confidentiality.
Visitor Coordination: Greet guests, manage sign-ins, and provide a professional first impression.
Communication Hub: Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Operational Support: Troubleshoot office issues; ensure equipment functionality (printers, copiers, etc.).
Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments/meetings; send invites and manage calendars.
General Assistance: Support teams with data entry, photocopying, and ad-hoc tasks.
Travel Logistics: Book flights, hotels, and transportation for staff; prepare itineraries.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ year in office administration or similar role (internships included).
kills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal/written communication.
