Key Responsibilities
* Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
* Store items safely and systematically for easy retrieval.
* Issue materials and products according to company procedures.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
* Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
* Monitor stock movement and report shortages or discrepancies.
* Prepare purchase requisitions when stock reaches reorder levels.
* Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the storage area.
* Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments.
* Handle documentation such as goods received notes, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
