SALES ASSITANT
The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, processing sales, and maintaining an attractive and organized sales floor. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while supporting the achievement of store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Help customers identify products that meet their needs and provide product information.
Promote products and recommend additional items to increase sales.
Process customer purchases accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, when assigned.
Receive, unpack, label, and arrange merchandise on shelves and displays.
Ensure products are properly stocked, priced, and presented.
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
