HOTLE STAFF required
The Hotel Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of the hotel. The role includes assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests.
Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas, as assigned.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures when required.
Deliver luggage, amenities, and room service items as needed.
Ensure hotel facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
