QC Coating Inspector, Material Receiving Inspectors – Mechanical (Static Equipment)

🛠️ KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct inspection of all coating activities as per project requirements.
Coordinate and manage inspection activities with the client (ARAMCO).
Review ITPs, Method Statements, and Project Specifications related to coating works.
Prepare QC documentation and maintain accurate auditing records.
Monitor calibration and expiry status of inspection tools and instruments.

🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Qualification
High School / Diploma / University Degree in a relevant field.
Certification Requirements
Inspector must hold one of the following (as per SAEP‑316):

NACE CIP Level‑I
SSPC PCI‑I
BGAS Grade‑2
Or equivalent recognized certification
Technical Expertise

Experience
Minimum 5 years in oil & gas or petrochemical industry WITH ARAMCO .
Minimum 3 years inspection experience ON ARAMCO PROJECTS.
Minimum 2 years working within the Contract Scope of Work ON ARAMCO PROJECTS.
Must be fully conversant with applicable industry standards and specifications.
Full‑time work required as per Schedule Q – Attachment VI.

2- MATERIAL RECEIVING INSPECTOR (MECHANICAL – ROTATING EQUIPMENT)

Vacancies: 3 Nos ( ARAMCO Project Experience Required)

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform receiving inspection for mechanical STATIC materials and verify vendor documentation.
Review construction drawings, vendor reports, and technical documents prior to inspection.
Conduct witness inspections and tests in line with the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
Ensure compliance with technical requirements, project specifications, and local regulations.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of international codes and standards including: ASTM, API, IEC, NEMA, UL, FM, NFPA, ASME BPVC (I, V, VIII, IX), ANSI/ASME B31.3/4/8, B73, NACE SPs, API 620, API 650, AWS D1.1.
Apply thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 QMS, engineering drawings, material specifications, and QC procedures.
Independently perform document reviews, inspections, and testing to verify contractor compliance.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Academic Qualification
High School / Diploma / Degree in a relevant field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
Minimum 3 years as Material Receiving Inspector – Mechanical on Saudi Aramco EPC project sites.
Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).

3- STATIC MECHANICAL QCI (CBT + ARAMCO Experienced)

Vacancies: 6 Nos

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Inspection and verification of all Static mechanical activities at site.
Coordination and handling of inspection activities with Saudi Aramco representatives.
Review of ITPs, Method Statements, and Project Specifications related to rotating equipment.
Preparation, control, and auditing of all QC documentation and records.
Monitoring calibration/expiry of inspection tools and instruments.
Maintaining daily inspection logs and reporting to senior QC personnel.
Review and submission of Mechanical Completion (MC) dossiers for client approval.
Ensuring all quality documents are properly handed over by subcontractors.
Eligibility Criteria
Certification Requirements
API Certification (API 510) – Mandatory.
Technical Expertise
Candidates must have strong, hands‑on experience with rotating equipment, including but not limited to:

Steam & combustion turbines
Diesel engines
Pumps, compressors, motors & generators
Mixers, agitators, fans, gearboxes
Firewater pumps & motors
Auxiliary cooling & lubrication systems
Packaged process equipment
Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of:

Inspection & testing procedures for rotating systems
Tools & equipment used in fabrication, erection, construction & pre‑commissioning
Relevant engineering codes & standards: ASTM, API, IEC, NEMA, UL, FM, NFPA, ASME BPVC (I, V, VIII, IX), ANSI/ASME B31.3/4/8, B73, NACE SPs, API 620, API 650, AWS D1.1
ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements
Engineering drawings, material specs, and QC inspection/testing procedures
Academic Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum).
Fully conversant with applicable industry standards and specifications.
Able to perform inspection tasks with minimal supervision.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years as Mechanical QCI in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
Minimum 3 years at EPC project sites.
Saudi Aramco project experience is a strong advantage.
