Urgent Hiring – UI/UX Developer Dubai, UAE
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💰 Salary: AED 16,000 per month
📅 Experience Required: 6–8 Years
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative digital products and services.
Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, product managers, and developers.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
Design intuitive UI components, including navigation menus, search functionality, tabs, widgets, and other interface elements for government websites and mobile applications.
Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and continuously improve the overall user experience.
Ensure all digital interfaces are responsive, accessible, and compliant with government standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
Present design concepts and justify design decisions to stakeholders and senior management.
Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and government digital transformation best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
6–8 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer/Developer.
Experience working on government or large-scale public sector digital projects is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar design and prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with UAE or GCC government digital transformation initiatives.
Experience designing bilingual (Arabic & English) user interfaces.
