We are looking for a QC Engineer with experience in the automotive or cable manufacturing industry to strengthen our Quality team.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of wiring harness inspection and testing is preferred.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
• Knowledge of inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality documentation.
• Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Ensure products comply with customer specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
• Conduct product testing and maintain inspection and test records.
• Identify non-conforming products and support corrective actions.
• Monitor production quality and work with Production to resolve quality issues.
• Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection documentation.
• Support internal, customer, and certification audits.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and the QA/QC Manager to improve product quality.
