Plastic Factory Helper

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Helper to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations in a plastic factory. In this role, you will assist machine operators, handle raw plastic materials, sort finished goods, and prepare products for packing and dispatch. You will maintain smooth operational flow on the factory floor while strictly adhering to industrial safety and hygiene guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Material Feeding & Handling: Transport, measure, and load raw plastic granules or recycled materials into moulding, extrusion, or blow-moulding machinery.
2. Product Sorting & Trimming: Remove finished plastic items from production lines, trim excess flash or defects, and sort products by size, color, or grade.
3. Packaging & Labeling: Bundle, box, or shrink-wrap finished plastic products, ensuring proper labeling, batch tags, and accurate quantity counts.
4. Machine Operator Assistance: Assist senior machinery operators with mold setups, basic equipment cleaning, clearing simple jams, and line changes.
5. Quality Checking: Inspect products as they come off the line to catch visual defects, warping, or discoloration before final packing.
6. Factory Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep work channels, conveyors, and floor areas free of plastic waste, oil spills, and debris to maintain a safe environment.

Monthly Salary: AED 2000 – AED 3000
