🔧 Position: Argon Welder
👨‍🔧 Experience: Minimum 5 years
💰 Salary: €700/month

Job Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality welding using TIG/Argon welding techniques.
Read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
Weld stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and other metals as required.
Set up and operate TIG/Argon welding machines and related equipment.
Select appropriate welding parameters, filler rods, gas flow, and materials.
Prepare, clean, cut, and fit metal components before welding.
Inspect completed welds for cracks, porosity, distortion, and other defects.
Maintain proper welding quality, accuracy, and finishing standards.
Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing of welded joints when required.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
Maintain welding equipment and report any technical problems.
Work according to production schedules and quality requirements.
