🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across Manufacturing, Steel, Engineering, Industrial Projects, Infrastructure, and EPC sectors.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
• Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, industry networks, and direct hiring
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates
• Coordinate interviews and selection processes
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate closures
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities
• Achieve recruitment targets and agreed SLAs
• Support large-scale technical hiring and manpower mobilization

🔹 Ideal Candidate
Candidates with strong recruitment experience in Steel, Manufacturing, Engineering, EPC, Infrastructure, Heavy Engineering, Plant Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Construction, or Industrial Projects are preferred.
