Urgent Hiring: Workday Benefits Functional Consultant
Location: Anywhere in India (Remote)
Must require professional certificate of Workday Benefits Functional

Minimum 5+ years of Workday experience with strong hands-on Benefits functional/configuration experience.
Candidates should have 3+ Benefits implementations and experience across Health & Welfare, Retirement/403(b), Insurance, etc.
Open Enrolment, client-facing design sessions, testing, and data conversion experience will be an added advantage.
Please prioritize hands-on Benefits implementation/configuration profiles, not candidates with only general HCM or support experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Substantial and measurable delivery within the ERP/Workday HCM workstreams of 3 or more Benefits implementations.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday workstream.
Current active Workday Benefits Certification.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with work experience.
Must be able to setup benefit configuration and lead/support design/ customer sessions. Also, experience of working on open enrollment will be added advantage.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
