📢 Project Engineer – Infrastructure (Arabic Preferred) | Dammam

A contracting company in **Dammam** is looking for an ambitious and experienced **Project Engineer** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Study and analyze tenders, BOQs, project requirements, and prepare cost estimates and quotations.
– Supervise and manage the execution of infrastructure projects.
– Coordinate and communicate with **municipalities and government authorities**.
– Manage telecommunications, electrical, utility, and underground infrastructure works.
– Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
– Monitor project quality, schedules, costs, and progress.
– Prepare project reports and technical documentation.
– Support business development and secure new infrastructure projects.

**Requirements:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
– Good experience in contracting and infrastructure projects.
– Strong experience in **tendering, pricing, and project execution**.
– Experience dealing with **municipalities and government authorities**.
– Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
– Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
– **Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.**
