Quantity Surveyor

Branch of Sinohydro Corporation Ltd, is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
– Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering.
– Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure financial and contractual compliance.
– Review and certify contractor claims, invoices, and final accounts.
– Ensure adherence to legal, quality, and safety standards.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

-At least [5] years of experience in construction field
– Proficiency in **cost estimation software** (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam) and MS Excel.
– Strong knowledge of **FIDIC, JCT, or NEC contracts**.
– Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS, MRICS) is a plus.
– Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
