LOOKING FOR AN R&D CHEF / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CHEF

looking for an experienced R&D / Product Development Chef to work on developing a new and innovative burger menu for a restaurant concept.

I’m looking for someone who is creative, highly experienced, and capable of creating unique burger products — not simply executing standard recipes.

What I’m looking for:
• Strong experience in burger product and menu development
• Creative and innovative burger concepts
• Expertise in developing Burger Patties, Buns, Sauces, Toppings & Signature Items
• Strong understanding of flavor combinations and product balance
• Ability to develop products that are commercially viable and scalable
• Knowledge of Food Cost & Recipe Costing
• Ability to properly document recipes, ingredients, measurements, and preparation methods
• Previous experience developing menus for restaurants or food brands is preferred

🎯 The goal is not simply to add new items, but to create a distinctive menu with a strong identity and signature products that can stand out in the market.
