Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials (paper, ink, chemicals) and finished products.

Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS/ERP systems; conduct regular cycle counts and audits.

Ensure optimal stock levels to support production schedules and minimize waste.

Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics (LTL, FTL, expedited freight).

Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, customs forms) and ensure compliance with carrier requirements.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics/warehousing.

Printing/manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
