Job Summary:
We are hiring a qualified and motivated Saudi National Procurement Engineer to handle project purchasing activities and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of quality materials and services to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review technical specifications and identify procurement needs.
• Source and evaluate vendors based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to align procurement timelines.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Saudi National (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.
• Good communication in English and Arabic.
