ELECTRICAL BIM MODELR - RIYADH - IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering,
Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM modeling for mechanical systems in construction or engineering projects.
Develop and manage Electrical BIM models from IFC design stage through to final As-Built.
Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, structural, architectural, etc.) to ensure design alignment and resolve clashes.
Upgrade models to LOD 400 for fabrication and detailed coordination.
Extract and produce precise 2D Shop Drawings as required by the project.
Update the model to LOD 500 using site redlines for accurate as-built documentation.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of COBie standards and data structuring within BIM models..
