• Implementation, monitoring of EHS Management System according to International Standards (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
• Develop, implement, and maintain a specific project Risk Management Plan.
• Prepare HSEIA Plan and Reports to indicate Schedule progress, Quantity, Manhour, Manpower forecasts, Key issues.
• Participating in EHS team meetings in identifying aspects & hazards at the workplace/facilities and establish control measures. Guiding & training site personnel in implementing them
• Pro-actively visit site and to implement safety measures- promote/ensure safe work practices.
• Carry out regular inspections of the work areas and prepare reports.
• Visiting the project site on a regular basis to ensure interest and awareness of HSE is maintained, conduct regular safety talks and safety training sessions relative to the nature of activities being undertaken.
• Incident/Accident communication (escalation), investigation, analysis & recommendation of corrective & preventive actions to the Project Manager, Project Team.
• Ensure use of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) as required based on nature of work and Ensure availability of all safety gadgets in the project sites.
• Analyses and monitors adherence to EHS standards in assigned organizations and prepares regular EHS reporting.

• Work closely with project management, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts and services.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. Industrial Safety Engineering
Diploma In Industrial Environmental Safety Advance Diploma in Fire and Industrial Safety Management.
HSE Certifications:
Completed “NEBOSH International General Certificate.
Strong understanding of technical aspects of Electrical, ElectroMechanical & Instrumentation, instrument Projects & services in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical industries.
Excellent communication, and presentation skills. Continuous improvement mindset
