Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in social media marketing and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with industry guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Create and manage content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, TikTok ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising regulations.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure all marketing materials meet compliance standards.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers.
• Optimize SEO and content marketing strategies for pharmaceutical-related keywords and topics.
• Engage with online communities, forums, and influencers in the healthcare space while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Track and report on KPIs (ROI, engagement rates, lead generation) to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical marketing trends, digital regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Proven expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and community management.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance (FDA, HIPAA, etc.) and ability to navigate regulatory restrictions.
• Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and paid advertising platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for medical/healthcare audiences.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (medical, legal, sales).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Google Ads for healthcare/pharma.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing in the medical field.
