The Senior Spare Parts Salesman is responsible for managing, selling, and promoting automotive spare parts and accessories. They handle customer inquiries, maintain inventory records, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires deep knowledge of parts catalogs, vehicle models, and supplier coordination.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet and assist customers in identifying required spare parts and accessories.
* Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and availability.
* Use parts catalogs and electronic databases to locate correct part numbers.
* Handle over-the-counter sales as well as phone and email inquiries.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, new parts, and discontinued stock.
* Coordinate with the workshop team and technicians for part requirements.
* Place orders with suppliers and follow up on deliveries.
* Check incoming shipments and manage stock levels.
* Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of parts in the warehouse.
* Prepare quotations and invoices using ERP or inventory software.
* Assist in stock audits and inventory control measures.
* Train junior sales staff and assist with complex customer needs.
* Resolve customer complaints and returns professionally.
* Monitor sales performance and report to management.

### **Required Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent (diploma in automotive or mechanical field preferred).
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle models, OEM and aftermarket parts.
* Experience with electronic parts catalogs
* Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Fluency in English (Arabic or other regional languages is a plus).
