Mechanical Service Coordinator (Offshore)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mechanical Service Coordinator to join our offshore operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating mechanical service activities, ensuring seamless communication between onshore and offshore teams, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule mechanical service activities for offshore projects.
Act as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Monitor and track progress of mechanical service tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports, including service schedules, resource allocation, and project updates.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project status.
Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring availability for offshore operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during service operations.
Support the planning and execution of maintenance and repair activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in coordinating mechanical services, preferably in an offshore environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment used in offshore operations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in using project management and reporting tools.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the offshore industry.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
