Hiring HSE Specialist On Project Base For 1 Year
As the HSE Specialist you will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards to protect employees and facilities.
Job description:
• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections.
• Provide training on health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Monitor HSE compliance and investigate incidents.
• Maintain records and prepare compliance reports.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate HSE risks across operations to ensure a safe working environment and support proactive decision-making in line with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Develop and establish HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant administrative workspace.
• Enforce and ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures within the administrative workspace.
• Conduct regular HSE inspections to identify hazards, potential risks, and unsafe practices, and address them promptly.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and fire drills.
• Organize HSE training sessions for employees, contractors & visitors, promoting HSE awareness and adherence to guidelines.
• Investigate and document workplace incidents, near-misses, or accidents, and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence
• Monitor the condition of HSE equipment, such as fire extinguishers, emergency exits, First Aid Kits, and coordinate maintenance as necessary.
• Encourage and support initiatives that promote employee health, such as ergonomic assessments and stress management.
Job requirement:
• 3 – 4 years of experience in HSE management.
• Proficiency in HSE regulations and reporting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, Safety, or related field.
• Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
