Fulfillment Manager required

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Mentor Teams: Coach, manage, and develop a team of associates and leaders, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily operations within the fulfillment center, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes.

Safety and Quality: Drive a culture of safety and ensure all team members adhere to strict quality and compliance standards.

Process Improvement: Utilize data and metrics to identify and implement new processes and technologies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience.

Performance Management: Set and track performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to your team.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational roadblocks, ensuring smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution center environment.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a large team in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Experience with lean manufacturing principles and a continuous improvement mindset is a plus.
