Civil Superintendent - Immediate Mobilization At Riyadh Refinery

Job Opportunity: Civil Superintendent

Location: Riyadh Refinery

Duration: 3 months (renewable)
Schedule: Minimum 48 to 60 hours/week (5 to 6 days), 84 hours/week during shutdown (7 days x 12 hours)
Mobilization: Immediate

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of Saudi Aramco site experience
Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Safety Construction Manual and quality procedures
Ability to lead a safety-first culture on site
Expertise in civil and structural fabrication, material substitutions, and EPC contractor compliance with Saudi Aramco specs and building codes (UBC or equivalent)
Experience with soil mechanics, foundations, retaining walls, structural steel, masonry, interiors, finishes, roofs, and asphalt
Skilled in managing Construction Work Package documentation with contractors
