Recruitment Agent Needed for Consulting Agency
Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and databases
Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
Assist in matching candidates to suitable roles across various industries
Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand client needs
Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment system
Provide regular follow-up and support to candidates during the hiring process
Qualification:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)
No prior recruitment experience required – full training provided!
