Account executive
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Communication
• Serve as day-to-day contact for routine queries.
• Draft agendas, contact reports, and status emails; ensure action items are logged and followed up.
Project Coordination
• Create and track tasks, updating timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
• Organize internal reviews, QC checkpoints, and file hand-offs.
Campaign Creation & Execution
• Translate briefs into concise scopes of work, deliverable checklists, and production schedules.
• Liaise with creative and media teams to create and gather copy, visuals, specs, and approvals.
• Oversee launch checklists to ensure flawless deployment across channels.
Social media & Content Creation
• Build monthly social media calendars (English & Arabic), aligning topics with client objectives and seasonal moments.
• Coordinate copywriters, designers, and motion team to secure assets and approvals.
Publishing & Community
• Schedule and post content across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
• Monitor comments, messages, and trends; escalate issues or opportunities in real time.
Research & Insight
• Gather competitor, audience, and performance data to support strategy decks and proposals.
• Monitor industry trends and flag relevant opportunities to the team.
Reporting & Optimization
• Compile weekly/monthly performance summaries using platform dashboards and analytics sheets.
• Suggest quick-win optimizations based on data.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–4 years in an agency or brand social-media role handling multiple accounts.
Technical:
o Comfortable in Google Analytics / Meta Insights and basic paid-media dashboards.
o Solid MS Office / Google Workspace skills
o Familiarity with social-platform schedulers

o Communication: Clear written & verbal English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
o Organization & Time Management: Juggle multiple deadlines with accuracy.
o Attention to Detail: Spot typos, off-brand visuals, or budget discrepancies early.

• Soft Skills: Positive, proactive, collaborative, and calm under pressure; eager to learn and grow into full account ownership.
• Language: Fluent English; Arabic proficiency
