Job Description
We are seeking a Telecom Engineer experienced in Saudi Aramco oil & gas projects who can independently manage and execute all telecom-related site activities.
The selected candidate will:
• Lead the implementation, testing, and commissioning of complex telecom systems.
• Provide technical supervision and hands-on field support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with project management & engineering team to ensure all activities comply with Aramco standards (SAES, SATIP, SAIC) and project specifications.
• Support FAT/SAT, integration testing, and final handover deliverables.
This role is suited for a technically strong engineer who can bridge between engineering design and field execution, ensuring complete and compliant system delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Install and configure telecom equipment such as TETRA UHF/VHF, drive test, coverage study, repeaters, VSAT terminals, WRMUs, IES switches, DWDM nodes, CCTV and PAGA amplifiers/control units.
• Supervise the installation, splicing, termination, testing, and commissioning activities as per Aramco standards.
• Review telecom design drawings, IFC documents, and MTOs to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for material readiness and technical clarifications.
• Oversee subcontractors and in-house teams, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress.
• Prepare FAT/SAT procedures, MOS, witness tests, and ensure full documentation and approvals.
• Perform and conduct troubleshooting and system integration between telecom, control, and security systems.
• Liaise with client representatives (SAPMT/contractor) to resolve site issues and align on progress milestones.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, test reports, as-built drawings, and handover packages.
• Support commissioning and O&M transition activities as required.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical support for telecom projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, or a related field.• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Aramco oil & gas telecom projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in telecom system and network integration.
• Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong reporting, coordination, and communication skills.
• Valid or previous Aramco approval preferred.
• Willingness to work at project sites within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
