Area Manager

Responsibilities:
Set sales targets and implement strategies for growth
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across all stores
Monitor store performance, respond to issues and implement improvement strategies as necessary
Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management
Report to senior management on performance and provide strategic recommendations
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines
Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functioning well
Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately

Requirements:
Any Graduate
Having 2 years of experience in a similar position
Valid Driving License
Ready to travel as per job requirements
