Key Accountabilities

Consumer insights

With the collaboration of the Market Research Manager and/ or cross-functional team(s), assist in identifying and understanding Consumer Insights for the assigned Segment through research and market data to develop strong value-added concepts.
Advertising and Consumer Promotion

Support in executing Advertising and Consumer Promotional campaigns based on learning, and/ or Consumer Insights, and evaluate the effectiveness of the investments to optimize expenditures and achieve the set KPIs (e.g., financial and non-financial; equity, awareness).
Renovation & Innovations

Assist in generating and evaluating ideas for renovation and innovation, based on Consumer Insights, market opportunities, SWOT analysis, technological opportunities, and process improvements in Supply Chain or other functions in order to improve existing Segments and/or to launch new Segments.
Forecasting
Assist in, working with Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, and Sales to target a highly accurate and reliable rolling sales forecast based on the building block demand planning for the assigned Consumer-Need Segment to ensure timely stock availability of SKUs.
Pricing

Assist in consumer pricing actions in line with the Marketing Strategy in cooperation with Trade Marketing, Finance, and Sales to achieve set KPIs.
Third Party Management

Manage positive service and client relationships with all third-party agencies and/ or suppliers (e.g.: Creative, Media, Activation, Vendors of Marketing elements) to deliver the assigned Consumer-Need Segment’s plans and KPIs.
KPI’s

Assist in analyzing, tracking and managing the assigned KPI’s for the assigned Consumer-Need Segment and take corrective actions when and/ or where needed.

Job Requirements

Educational level: minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business and/ or an equivalent major
Specific diploma/ education: a professional qualification in marketing, advertising or communications is an advantage
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the FMCG industry
Strong computer skills including: Word, Excel (expert), PowerPoint
Experienced in analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and reporting the findings, like market segment developments and trends
Experienced in project management
Credible and confident in dealing with other departments/ teams and with external relations
Languages: fluent in English and Arabic
