Bakery / Restaurant Manager
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bakery/Restaurant Manager to lead and manage our daily operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in bakery, sweets, caf?, or restaurant management, with proven ability to oversee staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure excellent customer service.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the bakery/restaurant
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and requisitions
Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchasing
Handle customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Improve sales, implement promotions, and manage store profitability
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with KSA regulations
👤 Candidate Requirements:
Nationality: Pakistani / Indian (Expatriates preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in bakery, sweets, or restaurant management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of POS systems (Foodics/Geidea preferred)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
Must be currently in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
