Bobcat Operator
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Bobcat Operator to join our construction team. The Bobcat Operator will be responsible for operating skid steer loaders (also known as Bobcats) to assist with various construction, landscaping, and material-handling tasks, ensuring work is performed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Bobcat/skid steer equipment to move, load, or unload materials (soil, gravel, sand, debris, etc.).
Perform excavation, grading, levelling, and backfilling as required by project specifications.
Assist in site preparation, trenching, and other earthmoving activities.
Follow site plans and supervisor instructions to complete tasks accurately.
Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and perform basic maintenance on the Bobcat.
Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and environmental regulations.
Communicate effectively with team members and other machine operators to coordinate tasks.
Report any equipment malfunctions, hazards, or incidents promptly to supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience operating Bobcat/skid steer loaders in construction or landscaping.
Valid operator license/certification (if required by local regulations).
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Understanding of safety procedures and site regulations.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional heavy equipment (excavator, forklift, etc.).
Previous work in roadwork, utilities, or site development projects.
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work environment with exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery.
May require overtime and weekend work depending on project needs.
Nationality:
Indian, Nepali or Bangladeshi
Contract Period & Visa Type:
02 Years (Renewable upon mutual consent)
Work Duration:
10 Hours / 06 Days a Week. (Overtime as per Saudi Labour Law)
Job Location:
Anywhere in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the GCC Countries.
Salary with food:
SAR 1800 to 2000
